The name is a play on Lilith, vampire queen. The basemet level is for build access only,as that is my work around for meeting lot requirements that I dont want in my venue. That said, one could easily swap out any of those items to make it usefull for a variety of purposes. There's a more quiet and romantic spot near the top and a surprise display in back.
