This is the Saffron Cottage. A small 2 bedroom home which is perfect for a single sim or a couple. It is semi-furnished, bathroom and kitchen only. Eat-in Kitchen, Master Bedroom on the first floor, and the loft area is good for a teen. there is room for a garden if you want one, but I didn't build one.
