Viktor put down roots here with his wife when the town was founded. He has always had an interest in robotics and tinkering. After his wife's passing, he filled his time with endless inventing. He converted their once nice suburban home into a Tinker Shop where one can purchase his many creations! The glass room is where he spends most of his time with his hobby.
