A great house for a family. One kids bedroom, a master, and two smaller bedrooms. 4 bathrooms, along with a home gym. Backyard complete with a pool, deck including a hot tub, fire pit, and pond. Impeccible landscaping in the front yard with two fountains and a fence surrounding the entire yard to prevent unwanted guests.
