If you're looking for a fixer-upper with lots of charm, look no further than this victorian mansion. Originally built in the 1800's, it has fallen into disrepair. The locals say its haunted with the ghost of it's former owner Viola Cotton. Viola marriend multiple times, but each time, her husband would mysteriously disappear.
