I hope you all enjoy my take on a giant family christmas home! Sadly, the lights will disappear when you place the lot and the fences may disappear... but I believe I have fixed it so it shouldn't delete the fencing. I put them on so we could all enjoy the beautiful lights. This home is 1.5 bath and 3 bedrooms with enough room to hold 6 sims in total if you have some share a bed.
