Don Lothario has been my fave character since Sims 2 + so I recreated his condo with some upgrades. I love the original black + white tiles which goes perfecly w the premade kitchen. I'd like to think Don saved some cash to finally do up his place and add an extension with a gym/bedroom, inspired by Bruce Wayne's penthouse in the Dark Knight + the new mediterranean details make this perfect 4 Oasis Springs.
