Hi Kelsey! Here is my house for the new matriach Kelly. I have gone with the cottage core look for our eclectic klepto, including heaps of skill building for your sims. The are also no pools, active tents, bushes or hot tubs for your sims to pee or sleep in so they should just go to bed when you tell them to :) Thankfully the little pond on the property are shallow so there will be no chance of the thing that shall not be named!
