I built a sorority house for The Sims 4! Not based on any specific house (so don't read anything into the name!) but I used to watch 'Greek' a lot in my youth so I used that as a starting point for inspiration. Features include: kitchen / dining room, formal sitting room, study / library, shower block, toilet block, four bedrooms (two of which sleep 2 sims) and two covered patio areas for grilling and juice pong.
