I took the Slipshod Mesqite lot in Oasis Springs and revamped it into a less drab home fit for a single sim and their pet [or a partner too ;) ] to live life in solitude. It contains the following features: a bedroom, a bathroom, a laundry room, an open concept kitchen and living area.
