Built entirely with funding from the noted (if slightly eccentric) philanthropist Chiara Dellaporta, this public #library boasts not only a large general collection of books but also a Children's Library, two Study Rooms, a Map Library, a Rare Book Room, and an Arts Library. The library also has a rooftop garden that is both a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. The library has been designed as an eco-friendly space, with a #green roof, #solar and #wind power generation, and #dew collectors.
