Sitting on the site of the former Magnolia Botanical Garden, Lettue Eat Plants was the idea of the Willow Creek Chamber of Commerce. With the garden unable to be restored to it's former glory, the Chamber saw the chance to bring something new to the community. Lettuce Eat Plants is an vegetarian restaurant and bar, serving delicious plant based dishes in a modern, eco-friendly environment.
