Luxe Family Books was opened by William Luxe Sr. in 1943. With his recent death, the business was passed down to his book-loving granddaughter. She did her best to renovate the place, but tried to keep some original features and furniture to keep William's spirit alive. She even keeps his portrait hanging in the book store's office.
