Amelia, Milo and their son Miguel were faced with the challenge of renovating this run down home in the beautiful Courtyard Lane neighborhood to create their dream family home. By adding a second floor, they were able to add ample space for two bedrooms and an aditional bath. The entire ground floor was gutted and the wrap around porch restored to its former glory. While they couldn't "fix" any of the exteror walls, the unique floorplan gives this home character. #SmallSimsieShell
