Welcome to this small, quirky house. Is the layout weird, yes. Is the bathroom the size of a closet, yes. Is there a space where a bathroom would obviously fit, but instead there is a closet, once again yes. However it is justified when you realize that the house is over a hundred years old and was built before indoor plumbing. You are paying for the location, not the functionality of the house, duh.
