A 99 tiles castle, so it is a small tiny house. The inside is a bit small but it has everything your sims need. You can add a single bed in the study room if you move the computer and desk out of it. And you can also remove 1 of the bathrooms and place a single bed in that in case your sims have children. There are no stairs only ladders.
