These are 4 individual small homes that includes a coffee shop, gym, sauna, basketball court, pool, garden, and laundry room for your sims to enjoy. It's perfect for sims who have just moved out of their parents home or for small families. The way I prevent other families entering your home is that I lock the front door for specific sims and only allow employees like maids to come in to clean. This is optional to do though. #SmallHomes
