Property in Willow Creek is not cheap, and with so few lots available the new comers have to find a cheap alternative. It's crowded, it's messy with an open sewer running right through it, but this is a community! Full of life, your homeless sim will find a bed, somewhere to eat, not to mention a nightclub, small bar and even TV.
