This home was built as a skill building home for 1-4 sims. It's on a small lot, and there is a companion home on my gallery that fits the starter budget. This home ignored the budget and went for style and skill building. Delete the skill building room to add another bedroom for 1-2 kids, teens, toddlers, or adults.This was also built as a home that was quite easy to build upward.
