Got the idea for this home from Skyrim. Based on house you can purchase first in the game, Breezehome in Whiterun. And yes, this house comes without bathroom but if you want, you can change either kids room downstairs or extra room upstairs to be one. And (un)fortunately they can only eat mac and cheese.
