The Monotone V2
The house is mostly based on my personal favorite #TheMonotone from #TheSims3. I added #2bedrooms and #2bathrooms, and a #deck on the 2nd floor. On 1st floor, the bathroom is divided into two rooms: a half bath and a laundry. The bedroom transforms into a new dinning room. Basically, it's 2nd verison of The Monotone.
