Update of Laurel Library to add decoration, nicer chairs, more bookcases, a debate podium, and parquet floors, but also EVERY BOOK up through the Discover University pack. Excludes spell tomes & debug manuals but includes regular skill books & course books. Once they're in the bookcases they'll stay there across visits.
