I personally am one who dislikes playing in houses with two stories. I built this house as the perfect place for my next generation of sims to live in. There is three rooms being used as bedrooms and another as a misalaneous office with work out equipment a computer and more. I am not an expert landscaper and have acumulated a large amount of money through this playthrough so all the landscaping is from game and not debug.
