This is a really open house (I think it's called a loft) with a pool, a barbeque place, kind of modern but not so modern... I really like it! I made a girl bedroom and kind of an oposite twins bedroom, but feel free to decore the house the way you like ^^. I think this a good house for an artistic happy family, but as I told you before, any sim can live here, hope they enjoy it!
