Although this house may not be the most glam out of the bunch but i tried to make a cheap but modern twist on a starter home this house contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one being attached to the master bedroom there is also a second room for a child or a home office or what ever your sime desires, the modern twist on this house it is completely open plan on the ground floor only half walls seperating where each room is suppose to be its modern and easy to keep an eye on your sims! #sism4
