Modern Remedy is the first modern home I have made on the Sims 4! I made this for my single sim, so the entire upstairs is one bedroom with a bath and balcony to do activites. Downstairs is basic - kitchen, dining room, living room, bath, extra bedroom, small skill building room and an entertainment room, along with a pool/hot tub and grill!
