This is a small, two-bedroom base game home that I envision is for a teen/young mom and her toddler, but it could easily fit three sims. I designed it so it looks like the mom has eclectic furniture in her room—just stuff she picked up cheap because she's just starting out— but the toddler's room is slightly more designed, like she cares more about them than herself.
