NOTE: I don`t have idea why it says "Parenthood" is used. All of the furniture in the house is basegame. Maybe it`s some of the debug landscape I used. Otherwise, the build is completely base game; I imagine it being owned by a single mom and a teenage daughter. Two small bedrooms, kitchen-living room open space, a bathroom and a small garden on the side of the house.
