I just finished another house in my neighborhood build for Newcrest. It's evidently not landscaped, as that's not my forté. But I'm very happy to have it completed. It's a simple one-bedroom ranch with an office, dining area/kitchen, bedroom, master bath, and living room. If you need another bedroom, the office can be easily converted.
