A Recording Studio (actual studio in the basement - would be more soundproof) with a kitchen/loung area above. Unfortunately there is no drum kit in the game so I couldn't include that but the other instruments are there. The small rectangle ith a single mic in is designed to be a vocal booth, and the dividers/windows are for dampening the room. I got the idea from #simsupply so credit to him for that.
