The front building has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two studies. The back building is for living an entertainment with a large kitchen and living room. The courtyard is great for outdoor cook outs and gardening. If your sim is in to luxury, then they'll be sure to love the fountain moat that surrounds most of the house.
