Hope you like this, took me a week to do this, It has 5 big bedrooms, each room can fit 2 sims each, 2 adult rooms and 3 kids rooms, Bathrooms upstairs all have a shower, There is a work out area that leads to a balcony that leads to the main floor outside, this lot may say 50x40 but I think it will fit on a smaller lot and look better.
