This house I built for my current household, a single dad and his teen daughter. A spacious modern house with a nice yard and minimal landscaping. Built it on the Mid-Nowhere lot in WIndenburg, but you can place it anywhere; though the landscape might look a bit empty. It's pretty simple on the outside and luxurious on the inside.
