Saw a #SimSupply video about building around a tree without moving it. Here is my take, a giant mansion, complete with gym, pool, outdoor bar and dance area, covered grill area, dining room, and a movie theater and game room. I hope that you enjoy this home. *I build this in Newcrest because I love the view and the access to the kids playground out the back.
