#SURFSDESIGN11TINYBEACH completed by #charmingcharisma with use of artwork by #surfchiccreation and "I'm a little garden" by #ropodog Everything is #simtested.. the only thing that will not work is the homemade tree swing... it is there just for looks... sorry. 2 bedroom but sleeps 4 sims. Garden on top so just go upstairs to get fresh fruit or veggie then go downstairs and cook. BTW.. once your sim loads it.. water the plants so they don't die.. my sim has a brown thumb.. lol :)
