This lovely 2 story spansish style house is a real charmer. With a split level living room and a closed in back patio your sims will have plenty of space to live the way they want to. Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, I imagine the downstairs bedroom being a guest bedroom. there are 2 very spacious bedrooms upstairs along with a full bathroom. This is my house for the #simsieshell challange. Hopefully she looks at my house!
