Noir Veuve (French for "Black Widow") is a young aspiring socialite. She dreams of the life of the wealthy. Having no real marketable skills, Noir utilizes her signature amulet. This amulet she never takes off and grants her the power of luring any innocent (and some not so innocent) sims into her mischievous plan to get rich: to marry, to kill and to steal their life's earnings.
