From Fire Emblem Fates, it's Velouria (yeah, no red hood but did what I could)! Yes, had to make her after I made Selkie. Just polished up a little bit and releasing here now. Plan on further working some more when I have the time. I think that I'm getting a better grasp at making better Sims.
