Theft happens on the sims because of jealousy. People make lovely, unique sims and others get jealous and reupload so they can think they make as good sims as you. Many people are annoyed by theft and I understand but personally I think they are nice people inside and don't mean to hurt anyone. So if you are speaking to a stealer try and reason with them.
