Billy Hargrove (Dacre)
I am OBSESSED with Billy, so naturally I gotta make a sim outta him. There wasn't any great non cc hair for him so I went with a more Dacre styled hair so its mostly Billy but with different hair. I really wish the sims had a dirtier blond color too, that would really sell this.
