After losing their parents in a horrible car wreck, Erin and her younger sister, Shannon, are all alone. Erin, not wanting to be split up with her sister in foster care, took her sister and moved away. Now she is left to raise Shannon by herself. Erin is very much a tomboy, but Shannon is a more indoorsy kid. In order to feed her sister and pay rent, Erin has knows that she has to get a job.
