Charles and Jennifer are a mystery, hiding dark secrets behind a smile and a wave. Natives to Britain, the brother and sister duo traveled to Oasis Springs to find a simpler life, at least thats what Charles says. Jennifer seems to only date and not much else, but comes across as a rather nice, if not a bit odd, person. Her brother is a completly different story however. Leaving the home usualy at night only and contantly making enemies around town, Charles is an enigma yet to be solved. #story
