Basil Sterling, First born of Gen 8, he has mermaid genes, as well as vampire and spellcaster genes. He ended up falling in love with Ambrosia, the Witch of Frost. He later married her and they had their first daughter, Eira, which means "Snow". They're not sure which side she'll take after, but early signs point to her being a vampire; but that doesn't mean that she won't have an affinity for magic, either.
