This is Nalla Ku'uipo, a young teen from Plumbob Island, a small bit of land off of Hawaii that know one knows about. This island is all about art, and is sim-world famous for it's handmade crafts. But Nalla has other 'aspirations'(get it? ;D). She loves fitness, nature, but also just being funny and a goofball!
