Fatima Logo grew up in Damascus, Syria with her mother, Tira Logo, her father, Jamal Logo, and her brother, Farid Logo. Jamal worked for the government while Tira was a house wife. On July 18th, 2012, a bomb went off at the National Security HQ in Damascus, killing many government officials, including Jamal. Tira sent Fatima, 16 now, and Farid, 11, to America.
