As we have seen from the Loki mini series, there are a LOT of Loki's out there. This is Teen Loki, a past Young Avenger, now flying solo. Like all Loki's, he's mischivious bordering on dastardly, cunning, and has a knack for survival. Unlike other Loki's he craves the connection he felt when he was with the Young Avengers and tries to recreate that connection with others while he tries to become the most famous crime fighter in the galaxy.
