Miracle is a single mum to two girls. She's a literature teacher at Oasis Springs Elementary School and she writes children's storybooks on the side. Miracle recently lost her husband in a car accident. Her older daughter Annalise pretends that the passing of her father doesn't affect her, but she's secretly struggling.
