Carl Sagan
#CarlSagan, (born November 9, 1934, died December 20, 1996) was an #American #astronomer, #astrophysicist and #author. During his lifetime he published more than 600 articles about science and wrote, co-wrote or edited more than 20 books. In his work, he advocated scientific #skepticism and the #scientificmethod, and described himself as #agnostic. He became famous for his books about #popularscience and for the award-winning TV series #Cosmos from 1980.
