Half-Japanese and half-American, Saori was born in the town of Kaanapali on the Hawai'ian Island of Maui. Born and raised on Maui as a child and early teen, she's lived on Maui, the island of Hawai'i, and Oahu. She's visited the island of Kauai and the Midway Atoll during her time there.
