Meet the Russo twins. Olivia used her sex appeal to lure sims in to toy with and kill for her amusement. Oliver, her devoted brother, helped her by attacking and incapacitating those Olivia targeted, summoning the anger and jealousy he had from the romantic attention Olivia gave to them and getting rid of the evidence once Olivia was done with them.
